Watkins Glen International's rich history spans almost 60 years. "The Glen" became a household name in the world of sports car racing hosting prestigious racing series such as Can-Am, Trans-Am, CART and Formula One.

Often credited as representing the soul of American road racing, Watkins Glen perfectly fits the model of Legends of Motorsports. After all, many of what now are historic racing cars debuted at 'The Glen' in their hey-day.

Legends of Motorsports is honored to include this world-class facility in its inaugural season schedule. The event will encompass nine of the 12 Legends of Motorsports classes including: 2.0 Liter Sports Racers, IMSA GT/World Championship of Makes Enduro, Thunder and Lightening, Trans-Am, Can-Am/USRRC, Formula 5000, Group C/GTP Enduro, Formula Libre, Classic Monoposto.

The feature marque will be that of legendary Porsche.

Watkins Glen International will be a magical place for those who appreciate sports cars with a proud heritage. The inaugural event will be supported by several stellar automotive lifestyle events to be announced in the coming weeks.
